problem with instagram ( iphone 4s , iOS 6 )?

hey
i've just updated my IOS to last version ( version 6 ) and after that , when i wanted to upload photos to instagram , i could not do that!
i can't upload any photos , i select a photo every time and then it start to being upload... but then... it said : FAILED!
i tried different photos.. i've deleted instagram and reinstall it one time... log out and sign in again several times.... i've tried my friend's account and it didn't work either .. i mean the problem is application not my account!
could u help me plz?

same here i cant upload any photos on instagram and facebook. even i turn "on" instagram on privacy settings its just the same cant upload
