is there a way to add someone who've already had too many friends on facebook?

my friend has 4778 friends on facebook and i want to add her, but it said that i cant add because "this person already had too many friends". It really annoys me!!!! Isn't the friends limit on facebook is 5000? then how come i cant add her when she only has 4778???? and is there a way to add her?

Please don't rely on the Facebook friend counter. It is not 100% reliable once you get into the thousands. My friend list swings by about a dozen friends each day and I only have about 1200 friends. The user you are trying to add, is at the maximum 5000. Just keep trying each day as someone may eventually remove them from their friend list. Or, message this person, and ask them to create a fan page since there is no limit on the amount of fans a page can have.

tell her to delete some of her friends , or tell your friends who are probably her facebook friend to tell her to delete some people or just tell her to add you ..
