Step 1 : First, Login to Facebook.
Step 2 : Goto this URL - https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=notifications
Step 3 : Then you will see Email Settings and then "edit" this setting to "Only notifications about your account, security and privacy".

That's all about it.

The easy way is to scroll down to the email's bottom, you can find unsubscribe, click on it and you will be done.
