Pregnant Cat Bleeding, But No Babies Over 12 Hours Later?

I posted something about this last night asking for help b/c I didn't know what to do, and turns out she is pregnant.

She has already lost the sac or whatever (5am), and two very undeveloped dead babies (no bigger than quarters). She has been bleeding on and off since then, resting a lot, still wanting attention, but she doesn't meow as much and doesn't come to you if you call her now.

It's been about 13 hours, and no more babies have come, but my mom said she can feel one in her belly (specifically, its head). I'm exhausted, I'm the only one in here with her (my mom hasn't slept either so she's napping now)... I don't know what's going on or what to expect. Other than being quieter with her meows and not coming when called, her behaviour is no different than it was to begin with.

Keep in mind she is not officially our cat, she came to our door two nights ago crying and she's been kept in a closed off room since. No vets are nearby, so... should we just keep waiting? I'm falling asleep sitting here doing nothing.

She was probably a very young mother (I had a cat come to us in the same shape 6 months ago) She probably does still have 1+ kittens in her which NEED to come out or the will rot inside her and become poisonous to her (just like if we are rotten meat, except she cant just through them up since they are not in her stomach). Go ahead and sleep- she will be fine for several hours (and if she is not, there is probably nothing you could have done being awake anyway). Really do try to get her to the vet in the next couple days though...
Also, she is wanting attention, but resting and not coming because she is tired and sore... labor is rough on a body-human or cat. she wants comforting, but doesn't want to move too much because it hurts(which is normal).

The cat needs a vet. Now. It has dead fetuses inside and the cat will DIE due to you denying the poor thing vet care.

There are vets near by. Its a common excuse ot claim there are none near by to justify denying vet care of a suffering animal.

You took the cat in so now its legally your cat, trying to justify that its not yours to deny vet care won't work

Either let her die or get her to the vet IMMEDIATELY. She is aborting the kittens and she is in serious trouble now. If she doesn't get an emergency c-section/spay now, you may as well dig a hole and bury her now!

Hi Matt. She really does need to get to the vet, and the way you describe it, it sounds like she may be in immediate risk. If you absolutely can't get her there now, definitely within the next day if she has not had the other kitten(s) by then.
She needs to go immediately if she's bleeding a lot -- like if there's a steady flow of blood coming out, or her gums look white.
She also should go immediately if there is a rotten smell.
Sometimes cats do take a break in the labor if they get exhausted and then start up again. and that's happened even 24 hours later.... but with the other fetuses having been dead, that increases the risk of waiting, since if there are more dead fetuses and either too large to come out or if her uterus is no longer able to contract ( uterine inertia), that could be poisoning her.

The vet may be able to give her a shot to help get started again, or may need to do a c-section. I know this is a stray you kindly took in and were not counting on having to pay for a c-section. but if there's no other way to get them out of her, the only other humane alternative would be euthanasia.
You could try asking a vet if they would accept donations, then try asking friends on social media etc to donate to help save her.
Also you could try phoning animal welfare organizations in your area and asking if they know a low cost vet clinic.
