How to gain followers on Twitter?

I am trying to figure out some creative ways to gain Twitter followers for an entrepreneur blog I am launching. I have used Twitter for some other projects that I have run but am looking for some creative ways to gain followers.

Well you could buy a person adder to follow people automatically and hope they follow you back and make money doing it with some stuff people advertise on there. They are lots of automated following tools out there but i advise to stay clear of them the whole point of twitter is to build relationships with people.And for most (not All) businesses you can' have a meaningful relationship with 15000 + folowers
so goto mrtweet.com and get suggestions based on your twitter account.do a search at search.twitter.com for terms related to your niche and listen in on conversations of people who fit your target market and follow them

I use a program that targets specific keywords in tweets and twitter profiles. This allows me to automatically find my target audience then I follow them, this works to gain about 80% of the users i follow.

Twitter allows you to follow 2,000 people before they slow you down. then you can only follow after you have 2,000 followers then you are allowed to follow another 10% per day. In a perfect environment if you do this you can have a following of 48,450 within 30 days. however by my stats I have pulled off 22,000 followers in 30 days.

Words of advice - create multiple twitter accounts and go after different keywords for each twitter account.

Hi,

You should make it clear what kind of followers you want at first, and then follow them first, listen to them, join their conversions, and finally they will follow you back. I don't recommend you to "buy" followers or add as many followers as you can, there's many such twitters already, they follow you but never pay attention to you, and they're doing no good to your business.
