My twitter account been hacked or the password has been resetted?

K, so first I was browsing in twitter (I was logged in) then I saw this link a friend of my friend send to me it said that when I click that link I would get many followers then I was happy that moment then I clicked it then I received many followers I don't know then I log out then but couldn't log in it said that password resetted

For the password to be reset the 'hacker' would also need access to your email account, this is because you need to confirm password changes by logging into email. IF they have this too, you will need to try getting the accounts back, this can be done via security questions, and if these have been changed then you'll have to contact the respective people, Twitter etc.
