This sounds like an essay&#x2F;test question Smile
All three things are relavant. Also depends what your buying. For example; your buying a car. Social- Do I need a sports car? Do I need a minivan? Do I need a luxury car?
Psychological-will this car make me feel good? Will it make me feel more comfortable, safe ?
Situational- what do I need this car for? Do I need a daily driver? Do I need it for a specific task? Can I afford it in my current financial situation?
Basically, your answers to these questions will determine what kind of car you will buy.
