How do I become a vlogger?

Im 14 years old. The thing is, I don't know where to start. The fact that I'm not in America doesn't help at all, since I would want it to be about beauty. It's problem since, I need to buy products that they actually know and they can't buy it, cause some products aren't available in america since its local.

I already have a camera so no problemo. Have my account done. Have a nice settings... etc.

I just want my viewers to relate to me so...

Oh! And i must add. Since I'll be a youtuber... will I "have" to create a blog and a vine account.. or is it optional?

Hey girl i just started a youtube channel and really enjoy it! Since I'm new I felt like I could give you some tips!

First of all, so many famous youtubers don't live in America- so don't worry about that! Focus on the fact that other girls who live where you do probably want a beauty guru from where they live- not living in America makes you special!

And of course you do not need to create a vine or blog, those are extra things, but most important is the youtube account! Even if you have other social media sites, you do not have to disclose them.
