you can't tweet them to unblock you, because they have BLOCKED you from their twitter and won't see your tweets. the only thing you can do is ask other twitter users to tweet her, saying "hey! can you please unblock (your username)? they didn't do anything wrong" and maybe she'll unblock you

good luck lol i once got my idol's mom to block me and she hasn't unblocked me (it's been a year) even though people have tweeted her to do so
