Facebook privacy help?

I figure yahoo answers is the fastest way to get an answer. On every Mobile upload photo the privacy only let's the person tagged and one random friend see it. How can this be fixed? I can fix it on the computer but it does it again on the next photo. I need it to perminatly be avaliable to be seen by all my friends. How do I do this?
