is this a virus on my computer?
last night i was on facebook and i noticed a lot of pictures/videos on my news feed were coming up as a blank box and would not load at all so i refreshed the page to see if that would work but as the page finished loading the page was just full of blue links i dont know how to describe it but the page was not the normal facebook, this usually happens to other sites at random times and i usually delete my history and then refresh that page and its back to normal but when i did that it was still the same so i tried deleting pictures and videos that i had on my laptop to see if it was taking up too much space and it didnt help. i have this thing that tells me if a website is safe or not and i try not to go to sites with a lot of risks and i also have macafee or whatever that is, it came on my laptop when i got it and i havent bought any anti virus stuff so i dont know how protected my computer is. im wondering if the reason facebook is messing up is because i picked up a virus and how can i get rid of it? also what is the best anti virus softwares i can get? i only have one computer and cant afford to buy a new one so i really need to keep this computer working and all. i dont know much about computers and how to fix them so anything helps. thanks!
i use google chrome

No, you don't have a virus. Sometimes the webpage doesn't load right and looks that way. Just keep refreshing the webpage and if that doesn't work try downloading a different web browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

It might be that your internet connection is slow. Try running a "ping facebook.com" via the command prompt and check if the response time is over 200ms.

If yes then your internet connection is slow - which is the one causing the problem.
