Do you have to pay for a Twitter business account?

I'm planning to make a Twitter account for my (small) business, but just want to know if I'll have to pay to get one.

Now a days twitter and Facebook are the big platform for marketing your product or marketing your site. Because of everyday million million people are visit this site. Creating a twitter account is free of cost. Not know about twitter business account.

My business has a twitter account in its name, I've never paid and can't see anything on the site about paid accounts.

Your Twitter account can be anything you want it to be for free. All everyone that I know does (including me) is just put their business name in the slots where they ask for username/name. And just set it up as with appropriate background and link to reflect your business. I don't think there's any separate personal or business twitter set-up; it's just all about how YOU choose to set it up.
