The SOTU was a joke, and so is this presidency.?

Let's get real, the few reasons why Obama won the presidency is his campaign pitch and the fact that he seemed (keyword) to be the better option of all the other candidates for presidency.

He can't talk about how horrible unemployment is, because we already know. Some of us that have watched the job market know that holiday hiring increases around the holidays, and falls flat afterwards.

Healthcare was a mistake. Let's be honest...who actually really believed that the younger population would pay to support an uncertain amount of sick people? Why did we think this would work when HALF (according to CIA world factbook) the population of America does not work? And the amount of people receiving welfare and benefits only increases.

And don't get me started about the TPP? For some of you who don't know, the Trans Pacific Partnership is a trade agreement that OBAMA (who, in the SOTU, presented as totally harmless and even forewarned and foreshadowed that he would use his executive authority to pass) intends to get a FastTrack on so that Congress, constitutionally delegated as the LAW MAKING BODY OF THE COUNTRY, cannot look to see what is in the bill.

This bill gives corporations the right to SUE THE GOVERNMENT.

Have you guys heard of the water pollution that happened in Virginia? The nasty stuff that got into taps and drinking water and harmed the skin of hundreds of residents? Well, under the TPP all of that can become commonplace. This country is always on and on about much of Africa not having access to clean drinking water when the same nightmare is about to happen out here in our own backyard.

And not to mention, "you don't have to go to college to be successful." Which is true. However, understand Mr. President that you went to HARVARD LAW, your wife went to ChicagoU, and you have one of the highest positions of authority in the land. Not to mention, you are black (even though he is half white and half black) and you are looked up to by thousands of blacks (and other minorities) all across this nation. And to say what you have said, is an utter disappointment. I believe we are shifting to a society where much of the nicer-paying jobs require a college degree.

People I personally know supported you with the belief that you will bring a change, but we've all been disappointed. The middle class will continue to take the beatings of people of your caliber until someone comes along to DO SOMETHING. But, I digress, that will most certainly never happen.

And I wasn't lying about the TPP. WikiLeaks leaked official documents about the TPP and there are tons of infographics to read and petitions online for you to sign. I highly encourage you all to read about it and spread it to your friends and family because this affects every single one of us. The threat is very real and we must spread outrage through every form of social media. Do not bother with Blind O supporters.

Labor statistics take the nature of jobs (part time or temporary, for instance) into account.

About the toxic spill in West Virginia: the Conservative goal is to keep businesses free to do exactly as they please, including freedom from restrictive regulations and government oversight. I don't think you can blame that event on Obama, or on any Democratic administration.
