What's wrong with my Instagram app?

My Instagram app is connected to my facebook and twitter accounts, whenever I share a new picture on Instagram it shows up ass a tweet but it doesn't show up in my Instagram app page on facebook, I tried this on other facebook accounts and it's working just fine, the problem seems to be in my facebook app, I installed it, deleted it, block i, unblocked it and then reinstalled it but the problem is still there. It was working fine a long time ago but it suddenly just stopped working. Can anyone help me please? I tried every possible solution, the only thing still left is to make a new facebook account.
