am I reading too much into it?
I asked her out three times but her answer was I don't like anybody. I moved on and 10 days later I blocked her on facebook( I just wanted to get over coz I keep looking at her profile). 2 days later a classmate whom I don't know at all ( he is her best friend, they always hang out together ) adds me on Facebook. is it a coincidence, I mean I never talked to this guy and he her best friend I dunno ?

note:
her friend ( female friend) asked me if I am in a relationship or not ( before my confession)
caught her friend whispering in her ear and 1 minute later she came in to me with her friend and initiated a conversation ( before the confession)

You are not reading enough to realize that your question is not in the right place in Yahoo Answers, unless of course, this is a plot for a story.

Sounds like you haven't really moved on, otherwise you'd not give it another thought.

You posted this in the book section accidentally.

Anyway, it doesn't sound like a coincidence to me. It sounds like she asked her friend to do this just to see what you're up to or whether or not you're serious about liking her. Why not ask her or her friend why she wants to now if you're dating someone? Just be up front.

Or her friend could be looking out for her and trying to make sure you are serious about her. I have plenty of guy friends who do this for me and they completely grill guys who ask me out.

But I would definitely ask why he added you to his Facebook when the two of you don't know each other.

Yes. You're reading too much into it. Any of the things you described could be coincidences and probably are. It's natural to be hyper-attentive to those kinds of things when you're interested in a girl, but they likely mean nothing (and worrying about it won't do you any good).
A little advice: You're usually best off to deal with people one-on-one and face-to-face, not through their friends or online because information gets distorted that way. If she's said that she doesn't like anyone, you're better off to move on. There are lots of fish in the sea, and if you get hung up on one that won't work, you'll miss one that will. Not only that, but desperately going after someone who doesn't want you is the best way to look weak and desperate, which is a turn-off to her and every other girl.

Also, a girl with a guy for a best friend makes a not-so-great girlfriend.

Its in the book section because yahoo answers picked up the word "reading" in his question lol

But to answer your question you are. You asked her out three times and she didn't take the initiative to say yes I want to go out which means she's playing games w/ u. That's y she is talking 2 u and bringing her friend along. Ignore her and she will start to get bored of this game, and u can go on w/ ur day. Block or un friend her friend too because he most likely is Facebook stalking too report to the other girl what she can't see. I would say if she came up 2 u asking u out say the same thing she told u "I don't like anybody".
