My Instagram is deleted!!!!?

Help!!!! My friend thought it would be soo funny to hack my instagram, as a joke, but she accidentally deleted it!!! Is there any way to cheat and get it back?? Please!!

If you deleted your account there is no way to restore it. You can create a new account with the same email address you used before, but you won't be able to get the same username.
