How do you delete a "Facebook App"?

Hey, about last year I tried out an app on Facebook called My Friends Secrets, and every day since then, it automatically puts a "picture of the day" on my wall. How do I delete it so I don't get random pictures posted from me?

Parem de baixar esses aplicativos no facebook, só tem virus.. ou pelo menos leiam direito as regras antes de começar a usar esses apps, pra não ficar reclamando depois.

Go to account settings > Apps > Pick up the annoying app and click on the 'cross' icon to delete it.
