Does social Media affect the way you make friends?
In an age dominated by social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) would you think it strange if you asked someone for their facebook/Instagram and they told you that they didn't have one. Also, would your reltionships with people change without social media?
Thank you guys for all of your rich detailed answers. Ads |

Well sites like Facebook definitely keep you connected to your friends a lot more, but I don't accept friend request from random people so it really doesn't make a difference to the number of friends that I have anyway.

It wouldn't be strange to me if I asked someone for their Facebook or Instagram and they told me they didn't have one! I understand some people don't like social media. Myself, I'm not as fond of Facebook as I used to be, and I don't have an Instagram page! I don't base my relationships with people on social media.

No.
Friendship is based on character, not external media forces. |
