Jailed forever in Mail Plus?
So, there's a really nice instructions page telling us how to stop paying $20 a year for mail plus, but when I reach the last step -- it just doesn't work.

Here's the instructions page:
http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?locale=en...id=SLN3496

And it's not working because when I click "Cancel Service" I get a blank page, and the mail plus account is still active. I tried this on a mac with Chrome and Safari, and on a PC with Chrome and Firefox. Nothing doing.

How do you solve this? I already asked this question but nobody bothered responding.
