Iphone 5s virus help?

I know, i know. I asked this numerous time, im sorry dont report i cant help how i am. Im very anal about my things and ocd. But since users that post videos on instagram and vine are from user gallerys i cant get any kind of virus right? Especially that i just reset my iphone to factory settings but it back my photos and contacts up, not my safari, so am i fine? Thanks guys. Ps. This will be my last time! Lol

It's very possible to get a virus from videos on instagram and vine, I'll explain.

When you look at a video, it downloads into your RAM inside of your device and then streams to your screen. If it's infected, it could spread to your storage and infect it with malicious code. This code could potentially wipe your device, or it could steal your personal information and sell it to the Chinese.
