Animated gif. profile picture not working Twitter?

I've heard some people say Twitter does not allow gif.s as a profile picture, but I know that's not true because I see people with gif.s as a profile picture all the time.

I wanted to upload a animated gif for my avi on Twitter, but the picture does not show up as animated just as a standing still picture.

Is there anyway I can fix this?

I think you need to change your picture quality. You go this site and convert your picture quality and then upload it . Go postimage.org
