what's a musical written in the past 20 years?

my school has a page on facebook for our musical, and every day, the director gives out a clue. the clues so far are:
1- a musical our school hasn't done before
2- It's about excepting differences.
3- it was written in the past 20 years
4- there are some military undertones.

i hope someone out there can help as alllll figure out what our musical may be this year!
