What to do about cyber harassment?

I had this friend who developed an unhealthy romantic obsession with me and now he's been harassing me for about 6 months, contacting me through several different email, twitter and Facebook accounts. He even found out my home address and came and stalked me where I actually live. I can't get a restraining order since it's not a domestic thing nor were we ever a couple. Suggestions on how to resolve this?

Restraining orders aren't strictly for domestic issues. You can get a restraining order against anyone harassing you. Get a restraining order.

tell them to their face (so there isnt a record of it online) you want sex with them later at night but you are into a rape fantasy and they have to break into your window and handcuff / chloroform you then when they are climbing In shoot them in the chest or head and make sure they die before calling the police. tell the police you recognize them as your stalker only after you fired and they will see that it was an obvious attempted rape and you will walk away Scott free. make sure to delete this question and answer first though, lol.
