Is my Facebook account hacked?

Everytime i look at my active sessions it always says my account is active from another state(s)... I'm not able to change my password either... i can't log out or i won't be able to log back in... and my yahoo account has no notifications of my password being changed... i know i didn't changed it either... i barely recovered my yahoo account that i have for my Facebook today and the inbox was completely empty. ... i don't know what to do... Facebook help center doesn't give me anything i can use.... help..???

It sounds like your facebook may be getting hacked. I am not fully sure.

Although we can not save your account due to the fact you cannot access a lot of stuff, you can stop the hacker from posting anything bad.

Steps:
-Let your friends know about this and tell them that you're going to make a new account.
-Download a backup of your hacked facebook account if you do not want to lose anything.
-Delete your hacked account. Delete permanently, not deactivate.
-Create a new account.
**This time, write down all of the details for the new account so that you remember them**
