"Messenger" (Facebook Chat app) crashed on my S3, should I be worried? 10 points for best answer.?

I was talking to my friend and I typed "singlemuslims.com" because we were joking about something and it had the error exclamation mark and then said failed to send message and then I can't remember exactly what it said but it said something like how I couldn't type "singlemuslims.com" because it is against something like it is restricted on the Messenger app to type it in and send it in a chat.

So basically it closed the app down but didn't restart or anything like that, the phone didn't go into a black screen or anything like that, it didn't restart automatically --- nothing like that happened --- but me being how I am I just like to make sure because I like my stuff in prestine condition. Is my phone OK? Well now it is but should I be worried about anything?

If it was a RAM failure should I be worried? (It was the first time this happened). Would this affect my phone in the future?
