what would happen to some accounts who don't have FaceBook Timeline yet?

If you dont have timeline = you won't have it and it won't be displayed. Simple answer. Btw, i suggest not spending about hours everyday on social networking sites.

Nothing will happen to their accounts. Facebook will automatically convert all existing and future accounts to Timeline after sometime. For the time being, its just hoping users will convert to timeline on their own.

Faceboook is in the process of doing the switchover to Timeline view for all of their zillions of users...they will get to everyone eventually. This has nothing to do with how long your account lasts...they will all last until cancelled or banned.
