I need help with my instagram email!?

if you dont already know, instagram doesnt ask to check your email after you make an account. I used a random email for one of my accounts. Instagram decided to be mean, and not let me log in. I didnt change my password or give it to anybody else. The only way I can look at it is through the email. If anybody know any websites or things that can tell me, please let me know. NO HATE PLEASE.
