How do I delete many friends at ONE TIME on facebook?

I have a few friends on Facebook that I would like to delete.
With the new Facebook "Timeline" I can only manage to delete on friend at a time by going onto their page and clicking "Unfriend".
Is there a simpler way to delete many people at the same time?

That's the only way.

Go to your profile and press "Friends." It's next to all of your information such as where you're from and where you work, etc.

Anyways, you can use the search bar and do it. But unfortunately you have to do it one by one. It's really really annoying, I know. But that's the way I had to delete all of my 800 "friends."
