Facebook: Co-admin removed me from the group I created!?

Main Problem: I created a group on facebook and made a former friend my co-admin, whom later had a dispute with me and decided to be a little b*tch and he removed me as an admin and from the entire group I created! And now everytime I request to join, he denies my request.

What do I do to regain my group back?
And if you can give me a way to complain to facebook too that will be awesome!

Groups are something that users themselves create and moderate. Facebook allow the facility but otherwise have no interest
