How to create a organization page on facebook?

I need to put up a facebook page for our key club and i wanted to know how. For example the Y.m.c.a has a page but it allows them to add friends instead of likes. I tried creating a page and it only allowed me to make a page that people could like and i couldnt add anyone. please help! i really appreciate it!

i still don't know how facebook works, or if its even a positive thing or not.

i can't even get my email today for some reason, on gmail.

i missed one from my parents even
