why does twitter tell me to follow porn stars? HELP!!!?

i have a twitter account but its only a fan account of demi basically a lovatic acc.. anyway i noticed a few hours ago at me mentions tab twitter is telling me to follow gay porn stars or profiles who tweet about there D1cks.. eww.. HELP ME PLZ.. I only follow fandom accounts and never follow bad ppl... why does twitter tell me this? Ive been always told to follow 1D accounts or ariana fans or demi,rihanna etc.. but now its filled with gay pornstars .. lesbian and anal pics..

CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLZZ.. I NEED ANSWERS ASAP

It is Twitter "Who to Follow" tab that you are talking about. Twitter suggests you friends/ profiles that may have keywords and words who have searched over sometime. Ignore them if you do not wish to follow
