How can I move these "non-movable" apps to SD Card?
My phone's internal memory is only about 150 MB. So, it will be a common choice to move apps to SD Card but some apps can't be moved like Facebook. How can I move them? My phone's internal memory is being used up. In application manager, the "Move to SD Card" button can't be tapped. It is not available. Any solutions? Thanks!
And I always get a notification of "Phone Low of Storage". Should I root it? They say that when you root your android. There is a risk of turning your phone into a brick.

You would likely need to root the phone in order to move them, unfortunately Android locks those to the phone you can also try this:

or google "moving facebook to sd card on android" and its the first link, the site is techgage.

Don't.

It's not movable for a reason: it'll break the app, any widgets, and so on.

Find something else to move, or just run less apps.

And unless you're actually getting "out of application storage", there's no point in anticipating the problem either.
