Just go to youtube and type in something like "crack facebook password" and there should be videos up there. Most only pertain to the person who owns the computer as it reads the encrypted file to retrieve the old one.

If you are trying to crack someone elses password for nefarious reasons, there are ways but you'll have to do your own research.

If it's your own account enter email and click on forgot password. If it's not your own account then you can't.

You can't.

All you can do is "reset" it to a default password which Facebook will send to the e-mail address used to set up the account...

(Otherwise evil people would change other people's passwords all the time!)
