Hello! I want to donate my Facebook profile for a charity cause. Could you suggest any?

Not sure how you "donate a Facebook profile for a charity cause", but if you mean "advertise a charity on my Facebook page", it really doesn't make sense unless it's a charity you feel strongly about, because someone may ask you why you've put that charity up there.
My banner photo on my Facebook page shows a quilt that I made out of Habitat for Humanity t-shirts - which "advertises" Habitat as well as the fact that I like to make quilts.
