she puts her head down or act like she didnt see you when you guys make eye contact it is safe to say she does not like you at all right. She's 19 btw. BTW She has a boyfriend. We were friends and im sure she liked me but I was shy and she eventually got a man. Why would she be embarrassed? She follows me on instagram and for the most part likes my pictures

Actually she still likes you. I am not sure if more than like or not but possible.
To say she does not like you would be whatever.
If you were shy back then and she moved on, she is trying to convence you or herself a one. Not sure which but if she follows you on any kind of public media she does not dislike you as a friend even if she does not want him to know.
