Is she ignoring me or is there a reason?

So I'm supposed to hang out with this girl today that I met at a party amd have been texting. On monday we said we'd hang out saturday and I asked her if we still were on thursday and she said yes. I called her yesterday to figure out what time and where we were going to hang out and I got no call back. I texted her later that night too and still no response. I would normally think yeah I got rejected, but the thing is she is one of those girls that contantly updates and uses her twitter facebook and instagram and she hasnt since thursday. So do you think   
a. she stood me up   
or b. Something happened like she got grounded or her phone broke
