Can't see hashtags on instagram?

I put hashtags on my posts, but I can't see them and when I try to put in the hashtags as comments, it keeps saying fail. This didn't happen before and I'm not sure if it's just my phone or the app. I haven't upgraded to the latest version of instagram so is that the problem?? My instagram is @cahcomics if you want to see what I mean. Maybe you could probably see the hashtags, but I can't see them on my account. Help??

its most likely because u havent updated. that happened to be before. i went to the app store an updated it then everything was great. glad i can help
