How do I create a quiz on a Facebook page?

I want to create a quiz on Facebook, but I would like to post it on the facebook fan page for my publication, not my personal profile page. I want it to spread the word about our publication, and our page on facebook.

Does anyone know an application that will do this, and how I can go about it?

Yeap... go Edit Page-> scroll down to Other Applications, click Explore-> search "create your quiz" -> add it...it's made by Facebook and the most official quiz.
