Guy friend issues, feeling down?
Ever since I met this guy at my school, I'm starting to feel like I'm worthless and that there is something wrong with me. I met this guy in my school in the fall, and at first he seemed to be so nosy about my life, like where I'm going, why I'm all dressed up for one day, asked me if I had a boyfriend, and to hangout with him sometimes. He acted really nice to me and would contact me sometimes as if he was into me, until he started calling me friend lol. So I took that as ok he just likes me as a friend if he uses that word so often, so I started treating him like a friend and we'd still contact sometimes and talk for hours. But now I have no idea what he's doing these days as he hardly contacts me now and his interest seems to be to other females where he ignores my comments on facebook, and he takes hours to reply to my texts on the phone.

I feel like now I don't have a friend (I have a hard time making new friends), and I'm starting to feel neglected from the friendship. I'm trying to move on now since it's obvious that I'm out the picture (he adds females with really big breasts and longer hair than mine on facebook). I've never felt this low in my life before where I compare my own looks to other females. I've always been shy but not to the point that my self esteem feels so shattered by telling myself how can I compete with that. It's also sad because I'm feeling like this while I'm in college, not highschool.

I don't know how to act around this guy anymore, and I will see him in person soon.

I feel like I have more than one problem within me, I keep comparing my looks with other females, my personality with other people who can make friends easily while I struggle, and people who keep flaking on me when it comes to hangouts. Also being ignored on facebook (by people who call me their friends), which I used not care about.

Please find a guy who deserves you. If he makes you feel devalued before dating, think about how you'll feel if you were in a relationship with him. Life's too short for bad bfs. Good luck!
