HELPP I MY INSTAGRAM PASSWORD CHANGED?

I recently found this app that could boost the likes and downloaded that and signed in with my instagram and later i download another app that was supposed to do the same thing and when i tried to sign in the error was showing so i went to instagram and i saw that that i automatically signed out of it and when i tried to sign in it was saying that "to secure your account we have reset your password". And i dont know which email i wrote in there i totally forgot that and i had like 3000+ followers. Any advice on how to get my password back PLEASE i really need helppppp!!!!!! Im like cryingggg nowwww. THANKSSSS ALOTTTT!
