Help with facebook notifications?

How do I set it up so I know who likes my status through facebook email notifications?I go on facebook and this person has liked my status but then i go to my email and it is blank. I used to always get email notifications now i dont can someone tell me whats wrong ?

Account>account settings>notifications

and check whether you have ticked them. If yes, then i think your mail takes those notifications as spam mails. so go to your spam folder and check it,,,

you can't get e-mail notification to 'like'.you can get facebook notifications only.

check it in account-->account settings--->notification.
there's no certain checkbox for it.
