please help-instagram?

for some reason i went on my Instagram and i was logged out. it was fine, until i typed in my password about five times but it said "to secure your account we have reset blah blah please go to the forgot password button". I tapped forgot password etc etc and i was sent the reset link. Now, I've been trying to change my password but it says "sorry, an error occurred while processing this request." i have good internet so that couldn't be it and i have tried the link on other devices such as a computer, but i got the same result if you dont know whats going on (like me haha) then, if you know the Instagram email i could ask them thanks heaps!!!! x

Mine is doing the same thing! I think there's something wrong with the service I hope it will be fix by tomorrow!
