2 friends on facebook sent me an app that said you can see how many times each person your friends with viewed your profile but when i tried to check it out it said i have to download pac-man or something. is this a scam? if it is, why did my friends send me it? can you actually see who visits your profile?

Well, i would say it is a scam, or it is going to download a virus or something to your computer, your friends probably didn't actually send it to you and it just said they did on facebook ask them if they did and if they actually did it is probably not going too cause a virus if they didnt it is just facebook sending you them and will cause a virus. It's a virus. Your friends didn't send it to you - they clicked on the link, got infected and it's the virus sending out that link to every one of their friends. You need to delete the message and tell your friends to delete it from their profile/messages and to run a virus/malware scan right away

There is NO way to see who visits your profile. Facebook has said publicly MANY times that they will never allow this information to be made avaialble as it not only goes against their privacy policies, but it is also against EU Data Protection Laws and US privacy laws

If you clicked on the link that was sent you need to run a virus/malware scan right away as well and just hope that it's not already spamming all of your friends.
