does my birthday alert appears for my friend on my bday while I don't allow anyone to post on my timeline?
I have set my birthday but recently i've decided to not allow anyone to post on my timeline! so does it mean that my bday appears on fb for my friend but they can't say happy bday?

Yep Thats What it Means Since you have your Wall Turned Off They Can Message you Tho As Long as you have that Turned On
