Why Did I Have to be Reminded of her!!?
Ok so it’s been 3 months since I broke up w/ my GF. We living together for the past year so it’s been quite an adjustment getting used to being completely on my own again. I miss her companionship but I don’t feel like I truly miss her, I’ve had no contact with her for about the past 6 weeks and besides the loneliness I’d say I was slowly but surely moving on. My ex grew up w/ bad influential parents and an alcoholic bf of 9 years that left her with some mental struggles (trust issues, paranoia, smothering etc.) which ultimately took its toll on me.

So last night I accidentally (honestly) stumbled across her Facebook page. First picture I see on her timeline is of her out with this guy who is a friend of her brother in law. I’ve known him and she and her family have known him for years. Now I don’t know if they were out on a date or just hanging out, I wouldn’t be shocked either way honestly. I know he wouldn’t mind that, just not sure it she is thinking that as well. Well that’s all speculation but then I see two pictures of her out in a very high cut belly shirt. Couple things with that is that she looks amazing, always good looking girl but she looks in better shape and just a little sexier. That’s always hurts to see your ex looking better  but more so the fact that she is wearing those shirts and posting pics on FB, she never wore shirts like that out before! So I don’t know, it was just a bit of a setback last night, and seeing her out with a guy and dressing that way just made me feel like second guessing myself but I’m just caught up in some emotion I guess. I’m trying to find the correct approach to this.

three months is a long time already... don't check her FB anymore..I still feel pain the times when I looked up exes from years back. You will always have a thing for a person you shared your time and emotions.

Just keep up the decision and don't look back...Remember, it cost Lot's wife her life when she turned back to look at what she left behind...we are no different..don't look back my friend!
