what dies it mean? please help me?
what does this mean on facebook?

Secure browsing is currently enabled.

is it bad or good? also i recently got an email saying someone been on my facebook. i just changed my password. also how can i get my page so if someone goes to my page besides friends it only shows my profile picture and add friend nothing else?

If you got facebook settings you can change it all there.
