Any Instagram experts?

I keep getting the message "Issue with instagram, your account is possibly rate limited for the next 5 minutes" when I try to comment or like from my computer..this isn't a phone issue. I know you get this message when you go crazy on it with liking and what not, but I haven't even been on here in like a week so it can't be that...Any help?
