How do I delete a "filtered" email from going into a folder before it hits my inbox?
I set up many automatically generated emails from Twitter, LinkedIn, some travel sites, etc. to automatically be transferred/dropped in the respective folder I created for them. I did this so I didn't have to see the emails in my inbox, but if I wanted to go to the folder to read the emails I could. The problem is that I now have any emails that include the letters "do" in the "subject" of the email being transferred/filtered into my Twitter folder. I have ALL kinds of emails from companies, websites, my friends, family, etc. For example, if the title of the subject of the email was "Are you sitting down?", because the subject has "do" in it, it would automatically get transferred to my Twitter folder. I have hundreds of emails from people, friends, business partners, etc. that I have NEVER opened or read. How do I delete this function so no emails get forwarded/filtered into my Twitter folder? Email me at ngstafford@yahoo.com with an answer. Please and thank you!!!!!

1. Move your cursor over the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the window, and select Mail Options from the drop-down menu that appears.
2. Select Filters (under "Advanced Options") from the left column.
3. Select the name of the filter you want to edit or delete.
To edit: Review the filter criteria on the right, and make any necessary changes.
To delete: Click the trash can icon.
4. Click Save.
