How do i make a VIDEO FOR INSTAGRAM?
theres some people out there that have videos that play a song and go through pictures of their 2013 memories with captions......i have an android phone.....what program can i use to make one and post on instagram?!?

You can use program named Flipagram for that. It can be downloaded from Google Play.
