My best friend is acting really weird..?

I really need some advice about my bestfriend.?
Okay firstly thanks for taking the time to answer this question/problem.

We are both 15
We started talking when we were 14 and are now best friends
I don't lose my temper easily, she's the opposite.
I take everything to heart I'm not one of those 'IDGAF' Girls, though i wish i could be.
She copied everything I did for a while and to some extent still does

The other day I was talking to one of my other friends, and my 'best friend' was standing with me one minute, she was just playing with her phone and throwing a glare or two in my direction.. The next minute she walked away, I shouted 'BYE!' and she just turned round glared and walked away. We were meant to be going out on Friday, but she said she was doing something so If we could move the day to Saturday, I told her I was hanging with the girl I was talking to in school but she could tag along she just said 'No, I don't want to be associated with they emo freaks' and hung up? Then When I logged on twitter she had tweeted some stuff not to me or anything just in general (Though I do think it may of been about me) Like "Selfish *****", "Have fun with they freaks", "Go f*ck yourself Sweety" and "Get over yourself sl*t", I have never even kissed a guy so if that 'slut' comment was about me she needs to look in the mirror anyway I'm not here to sit and moan so... They were most likely about me and I don't know anymore If we can be friends, I am not going to sit and be humiliated because someone doesn't like someone I'm talking to. I have kept calm for a while now, but saying stuff about me behind my back is really annoying, though I can't say they tweets are definitely about me, it just seems that way. Today I was talking to this really cute guy whom I have had a crush on for AGES and she knows this, she turned round and said to him 'I don't know why you bother talking to her anymore she's hanging out with the freaks this weekend' Also whenever I have something she has to have something better, and If i talk to any other girls she becomes really weird and starts saying I'm a terrible friend, When all I did was talk to someone else? I'm about to snap and just drop her as a friend, as it's really hurting me being trampled all over like a piece of shxt everyday. Also she blows me off A LOT if we are meant to be going out 50% of the time she's "not well", "hurt herself" or some other excuse! anyway I need advice on what to do as I don't want to end our friendship but I'm really starting to get annoyed with her..

thanks for asking. The 13 and 14 in the tire size stands for diameter of the wheel in inches so the tires will not interchange between wheels. But they will work on your car if the lug bolt pattern, diameter of center hole, and back spacing are the same. Take the new wheels and tires and your car to a tire shop and they can tell you if they'll fit your car. Or test fit one on the front of your car. If the wheel and tire clear all suspension and brake components, then you'll be all right.
